A company’s annual gathering is different from other corporate events. It is an opportunity to bring the entire team together, away from meetings and everyday responsibilities, and celebrate what the year has achieved. Because it happens only once a year, the details matter. If planning hasn’t started yet, there is still time to create a well-executed event. What matters now is knowing which decisions need to be made early and which details can be developed in the weeks ahead.
